  2. Prepare 1 cup of (Packed) Brown Sugar.

  6. Prepare 1 cup of Rolled oats (old fashioned or quick- not instant).
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Sweetened shredded coconut (optional).
  8. You need 1/2 cup of Chopped walnuts (optional).
  9. You need 10 oz of Jar of raspberry jam.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Put the flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in the food processor, and pulse to combine. Add the butter and process while you count to 20. (The mixture shouldn't have any chunks of butter.).
